libjudy-dev software package provides C library for creating and accessing dynamic arrays (dev package), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libjudy-dev
libjudy-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libjudy-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libjudy-dev *
You will get with libjudy-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
